Lisa Wallerstein is lead market strategist for information services at Commonwealth Business Media. She is also directly responsible for product development and marketing for CBM subsidiaries PIERS Global Intelligence Solutions and BACK Aviation Solutions.

In her previous position, Director of Marketing at PIERS, she managed PIERS' steady expansion from its traditional customer base in the maritime sector to a growing presence in the commercial sector, overseeing the development and marketing of its business intelligence and electronic information products - including the 2004 launch of TradeIntelligence@PIERS.com, a Web-based search engine and report generator for PIERS U.S. Waterborne Import database.

Prior to joining PIERS in 2002, Wallerstein directed overall strategy, development and marketing for decision support product lines at D&B. She also developed and implemented the marketing program for D&B's e-commerce products.

Before joining D&B in 1993, Wallerstein oversaw competitive intelligence and market research for AT&T Network Systems' digital cellular business. Wallerstein began her career as a market researcher/analyst, managing projects for Market Measures pharmaceutical researchers, and Levi Strauss. Wallerstein has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
